A/c went out on Saturday morning (27 June 2026). Called Conway because they installed the A/C unit just two years ago. They sent out a technician and he claimed to troubleshoot the problem and found a bad circuit board that he did not have a replacement for. Technician leaves and comes back on Monday evening. He has the new circuit board only to find it does not fix the problem. He troubleshoots some more and claims the circuit board was not the problem. The cause of this was a bad blower motor. We will never use this company again. Terrible service! We had a new AC put in and it went out within 5 years. It was still under warranty, but they charged us $2,300 to fix it. Well, it went out again a year later! I would not use Conway!

Conway Air Conditioning —. One of the largest residential hvac services in the area and we have been a customer of theirs for almost 20 years....and now we are NOT! For the last few years, they are CONSISTENTLY late for their appts, past 6pm, and this last time, well it broke the straw. I requested the supervisor to call me , and she did the next day because she doesn’t work past 5pm.
