My dad has an appointment for labs at 10:30. We were here on time. It is 11:45 and we are still waiting and supposedly he has 2 more persons before him. This is telling me that they are not giving the time for appointments seriously. Let see at what time they will call him. Also, keep in mind that he is 85 years old and for labs you have to come in fast.
Exelent service for senios care, they are the BEST,! There’s no one like them.
After having some issues with the Call Center and the communication with the staff and my PCP, the administrator called me and took immediate action to resolve the problem. Now I feel more comfortable being a patient at Conviva North Bay Village. I recommend this Center.
Front desk, very disorganized, and they don't seem to know what they are doing. OTC, is a hit and miss.
