Constantly sending phone and other spam messages. About ready to switch out of Conviva. Humana controls the physicians and that makes me suspect that the level of care is secondary to Humana saving money. Beware!!!!!!
My Dad was in the ER right before Christmas . He suffered terribly after having a thoracotomy. He basically told my sister and him it’s holiday time and they have minimal staff that they can’t do much of anything at that time ! Shame on you ! You’re a doctor .: That’s what you signed up for ! Have more compassion and empathy for the elderly ! No holiday should determine the care of a patient !!
DO NOT GO TO JUPITER CONVIVA!! Horrible experience! Worst office ever LOCATED AT: 550 Heritage Drive Suite 100, Jupiter, Florida 33458. 1st appointment went well, except the Dr. Miller left. They told me on my way out that I had an appointment in the spring and because of my high blood pressure at the time, they said I could come in ANYTIME for a Blood Pressure Check.
