Not happy with the concerns I bring to staff. My mom had some goo in her eyes and they said take her to urgent care instead of scheduling appointment to see what was going on. She is 84 yrs old. Called today 10-31-2025. My Mom has Dementia and failing and very unstable on her feet. I was told Dr. Would call me. Absolute silence. Never heard from them. I wanted an order put in ASAP for home health hospice. Nothing from the office. Ever since Stephanie nurse practioner left they have lost their sincere care for patients. Very ... read more
The care is good but getting someone on the phone sucks. They have a call center but it isn't reliable as far as setting up referrals or actually talking to the doctors office. The communication is a real problem with this place. If they would take care of the communication problem they would be 5 star. I am frustrated right now. We had 2 phones on hold at the same time for 20 minutes trying to get someone. .
I've been a patient with this staff for 20+ years...My experiences have always been great until they became a part of the Conviva Group...They now have a Call Center that I must go through. Sometimes my messages don't get through, I don't get a timely reply if at all...I can never get directly contacted to office front desk staff, who are very familiar... Appointments have been delayed days because, I can't speak directly to my office, but to a call center...
