Bright doctor. Found underlying condition and addressed right away.
I went to this location after hours on a Saturday. I don't remember the doctor's name. I went because I had a very painful throat making swallowing and coughing difficult and painful. The doctor looked in my throat and said it's red but told me to take OTC meds. I decided to go to urgent care where they tested me for strep and took a culture to send to the lab. They prescribed me antibiotics. I don't understand why the Conviva doctor didn't do any of that?? I will never come back to this location.
Unfortunately I had to give the office a one star. Lost referral requests, incorrect xrays ordered and lab orders not faxed to LabCorp. I should not have to do all of the legwork just to get these things done. This should be a streamlined process, not just for pre-op but routine visits as well. In my opinion they lack empathy and the ability to just listen to the patient.
Been a patient here @Conviva for about a year, and I am always greeted kindly and as long as you are on time, the wait is short.
I’ve been using this location for 3 plus years. The front desk ladies are some of best helping with all issues. Dr Delgado is also extremely helpful and thorough and communicates well. I personally would recommend this this facility and staff
