I was seen on 7/17/25 and scheduled my next visit for 9/4/25. When I arrived, I was told all doctors were away at a training. I rescheduled for 10/31/25 at 2:40 p.m., got a confirmation, and planned accordingly. Then on 10/28, I received a text changing it to 10:00 a.m. When I called, I was told my doctor was no longer with the practice and I’d need to reschedule if I couldn't make the new time. I took my grandma to see a Doctor because her sugar was to high for many years. Dr. Jimenes was the only Doc to ever take the time to explain and even write down the exact times for her medicine. She now takes all her pills and has normal numbers. Thank you kindly!

I saw Omar Jimenez and I thought he was a good dr up until my last visit when he made inappropriate comments and pretended to check for my pacemaker with a device that didn't work! I've been through enough and he is not a good person.
