my doctor is awesome!! They only do scheduling and such via the telephone like it’s 1956!

Doctors & nurses are great, but when I called in with high blood pressure, the young man i spoke with over the phone was extremely rude, sarcastic and he hung up on me after I asked to speak with someone else... updated 3/9/26 very bad customer service agent & rude receptionist...against my better judgements, I had to go back to see a doctor for lab result, same rude boy at reception area, tried to file a complaint with Adm, Kristin Westbrook, but had to get corperate contact instead, I'm am looking for another Primacy Care ... read more
