If you want caring support for your health, many employees there care and help. There are ones especially in referral who do not get the job done. If they decide to help patients they can be great. If not referrals are not even answered. So be active in getting care you want. It takes many battles for me to get referrals. I am not sure why they quit caring
Doctors & nurses are great, but when I called in with high blood pressure, the young man i spoke with over the phone was extremely rude, sarcastic and he hung up on me after I asked to speak with someone else.
