At my first appointment, I waited 2 hours to see the doctor for 5 minutes. On my second visit, I dutifully arrived 20 minutes early as requested, and waited 30 minutes past my appointment time before I'd had enough. The receptionist was rude to say the least. She acted like there was something wrong with me that I wouldn't wait my two hours again. I have an online job, and they were keeping me from being on time. They did not care. My job evidently is not as important as theirs. Never again.
