I shouldn’t have to be the one to get Conviva’s tax number so that it can be corrected for my referral that I’ve been waiting on for several weeks. The girl at the podiatry office has called me every day to let me know that nothing was done and that she had called the referral service every day to get it fixed & all that she got every day was “we will note it down.” I finally drove to Conviva to find out what to do so she had me call the referral office again. The worst office environment to work at, no organization nor communication between management and employees. Management is never around when you need assistance or have a work or personal urgency. A lot of favoritism towards certain employees "friends of the manager/lead" if you're not a favorite you dont matter to them.
