Conviva Senior Primary Care in Orange Park Florida is the Best, I am 72 years old and have seen many doctors. I have found "The best of the best". I was blessed when I was booked with Dr. Todd Linsky. He is very kind, caring, and very knowledgeable. You just know on you first visit, Dr.Lynsky is the best. The entire staff is very kind, friendly and caring as well. CONVIVA the best care for seniors
While visiting Conviva with a friend in orange park I discovered a nice place for elders to visit for fun.. play games, exercise, arts and crafts, karaoke, and many more things to do and learn. The best part about this place is. You don't have to be a member to come and have fun.. just show up for a visit. Also there is snacks, drinks, sitting area, etc. So bring a lunch and sit and chat with some locals.. Also look at the scheduled activities for September in the pictures.. See you there
I love going to Conviva. I love my doctor. Dr. Cheredy s a professional,compassionate, courteous! Infact all the staff is proffesional, courteous, helpful, sweet as always! They really do good job, they really helping me when I needed help. Wonderful staff too!

This place continues to send me mail for my dead father, even though I've asked them to stop. He's been gone for over 10 years now. I don't even know how they got my address at my new home that my father never lived in. Disrespectful.
