My 2 sons were being with Amicu, Dr Alexandra that change to Conviva since 2009. We had no issues. Almost 2 years from now, my older Sons had to change. We had to up to date and fill out the infos from Ped to Adult, Amicus to Conviva and been seeing by the Dr... Now today they are asking us, to re do the same follow up. I think DON'T reaaly care & had NO concerns for their patients. Just CARELESS
I find the staff to be excellent. Prescription refills and referrals take forever. Especially when you are out of meds. I know the staff up front puts them in but they just don’t get done. I have to chase it every day to get it done since they added Leopold Chery it’s gotten much better. He takes his time and goes over everything
Amazing staff and doctors here. Dr. Chery is very kind and considerate yet still very informative with advising. He answers all my questions clear and concise. The enviroment is also very clean and welcoming. The staff are very friendly as well. All in all, this place is the best I've ever gone to. 10/10 I recommend.
