I have been going to Conviva WESTON for many years now. This office, the staff and Dr. Nisis Rodriguez are very kind, caring and professional. I trust them with all of my health care needs. Whether a simple question, referral or appointment, Conviva WESTON gets an A++. I've even had emergency surgery and Conviva WESTON was the first to call me when I got back home after being released from hospital to make sure I was doing okay and if I needed anything! Amazing in my book
It has been a good practice overall, but unfortunately my recent experiences have been frustrating. I called to make an appointment and spoke with two different staff members who seemed unsure and asked me many questions. After being placed on hold, I still wasn’t able to schedule an appointment. I understand that offices can be busy, but waiting close to half an hour just to make an appointment is not reasonable.
Friendliest and highly professional staff. I am so happy my dad found here his favorite doctor ever, Dr. Roxana as we call her. She is what all doctors must be, caring about not only your physical but also your mental health and showing genuine concern for patients and family members. Great sense of humor and listener. Thankful to the whole team🙏🏼
Wonderful care. All the ladies are very helpful abd considerate. Wanda,Celia,Jonathan, at the desk are exceptionally accurate and friendly. Ana,Janycsa,Maria abd Yilian are always happy and their smiles are infectious.l Juanita and Cianka have always been expedient in getting g my referrals. And Dr. Nisiz Rodriguez is the most caring Doctor I've ever had. She takes excellent care of me.
