Went my first visit with conviva and the staff was so very nice and gave me a gift bag for my first visit . The dr. Is supper nice she gets to the point and they don't just send you off they actually care want to know how your feeling and what's going on and they get to the point right away. They have very good bedside manners love the big chair it turns into bed if need for other exam and they care about every thing . This office is outstanding they go above and beyond to get what is needed. I appreciate all the employees on how empathetic they are to your needs. Dr Caldron Izquardo to Fatima and Mary and Juan to the front desk. The best primary care office I have experienced. The call center alone is also wonderful very eager to help polite professional a great call center to be proud of. I will always recommend this group to anyone looking for a primary care doctor, this is the best place to look they have the best doctors
