Today I was scheduled to sign documents with my part-time employer who is an elder law attorney. I’ve had a runny nose for a few days I’m otherwise well. I thought it best to play it safe and stop off for a Covid test if possible at the Dunedin office before seeing elderly people. Everyone was excellent from the front desk to the person who swabbed me to our compassionate physician Dr. Cassanova. After 25 years in healthcare myself I was very impressed 🙏

Absolutely the worst place for primary care. Not ran like a doctor's office, but ran like a failed company. Rude front office girls. Actual communication is Non existent. Office Manager (nasty thing) rude and utterly incompetent. This company has ran the entire old staff away and most of the old patients. Do yourself a favor and look for staff that actually will care for you and treat you like a person,
The front office staff was completely unprofessional with their interaction with the patients awaiting to be seen by the physician. I was called over 3 times to be early for them to laugh me.
