Absolutely the worst place for primary care. Not ran like a doctor's office, but ran like a failed company. Rude front office girls. Actual communication is Non existent. Office Manager (nasty thing) rude and utterly incompetent. This company has ran the entire old staff away and most of the old patients. Do yourself a favor and look for staff that actually will care for you and treat you like a person,
The front office staff was completely unprofessional with their interaction with the patients awaiting to be seen by the physician. I was called over 3 times to be early for them to laugh me.
I go to this clinic because of my Doctor Dr. Gwendolyn Casanova Felix, She is absolutely wonderful Very compassionate and patient. I feel that everyone is very helpful and friendly. My experience at this facility has been the best I’ve encountered. Thanks for taking great care of me and being so kind and helpful!
