The front office staff was completely unprofessional with their interaction with the patients awaiting to be seen by the physician. I was called over 3 times to be early for them to laugh me.
I go to this clinic because of my Doctor Dr. Gwendolyn Casanova Felix, She is absolutely wonderful Very compassionate and patient. I feel that everyone is very helpful and friendly. My experience at this facility has been the best I’ve encountered. Thanks for taking great care of me and being so kind and helpful!
This office actually deserves ZERO stars. It's really a shame that Dr. Rajani and his staff worked soooo hard to establish this practice, however since he left the practice this office is going downhill. I really feel bad for the staff that was there with Dr. Rajani, because they see what's happening and to save their job they can't say anything. The call center is a JOKE! I received a postcard in the mail from this location, which was addressed to my grandmother who passed away 13 years ago and has never lived in Florida or at my home here. I called and asked for their marketing team or manager to call me back, as this is ridiculous, and I find it extremely offensive. It's been over a month, and no one could pick up the phone. The lady I initially spoke with really didn't care either.
