Walked in today. Not one of the 4 people at the FD acknowledged me. Walked out. But I will let Dr. Menon know.
My husband and I have been patients of Andrew Lebovich for many years at this practice. I must say not only am I disappointed but beyond pissed off as to how the administrators handled the notice of him transferring to another location. Not only where we not told that he was leaving, but he doesn't take our insurance! What the hell? We are suppose to start all over with another Doctor? We will not be returning to Conviva West Senior care.
Horrible. I had an MRI scheduled and cancelled twice because this office failed to provide my insurance company with necessary information. I hand-delivered the insurance company form to the office after the first cancellation, MRI was scheduled and cancelled again a month later. In the meantime, I can't use my arm. Stay as far away from this malpractice as possible. Nice doctor but Conviva is awful. Dr. Menon listens and is knowledgeable. The nurses and office staff are nice. I would recommend to friends and family.
Everyone is very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.Dr Mennen has helped me keep a close eye on my numbers. she has also directed me to some excellent specialist. And guided me through a few medical issues that I’ve had. The nursing staff is great and the people the front desk are also friendly and professional. This is a great doctors office.
