I went to this Conviva Senior Primary Care Center today. I love to go there. I dropped off the Notes from a Scan I had earlier this week. It is always my pleasure to visit this office. Doctor Sureshkumar is fabulous and cares for her patients. She is very eager to discuss whatever situation I find myself in and work hard to heal me. If you care about your elderly family members you will make sure they stay FAR FAR FAR away from this place. The doctor should have her medical license stripped from her. She has been severely aggressive, threatening and fear mongering towards my 90 year old grandparent. She even makes comments like “how am I going to make any money off of you if you don’t take prescription medication or vaccines” her bedside manner is absolutely horrible and she clearly is only in it for the money and will prescribe and vaccinate when not n... read more
The doctor that was assigned to me was absolutely deplorable. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend finding another location. UPDATE! I responded to having an administrator reach out to me. I left my phone number, and there was no response. Actions speaks louder than words! In addition, my insurance company is Humana, and this place is owned by Humana. However, I need to get a sleep study done, and after three attempts of them trying to get it approved, it keeps getting denied because they don't go through the pro... read more
