ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL: they call you the morning of your appointment to tell you that there has been a scheduling conflict and the doctor cannot make it. I live in Vero Beach now, which is an hour and a half north and I schedule all of my other appointments in the area on the same day. I think it is incredibly inconsiderate and unprofessional that they would only call you in the 12th hour, several hours before the appointment to let you know this, as opposed to say several days before.
