This facility aided in the death of my mother with their ineptness! They lost her blood work, not once, but twice, in one week! They promised me an investigation, to which I NEVER received a call about, probably because they knew how badly they screwed up! My mother passed away less than 2 months after said test results were lost, so obviously her medication was not changed; hence, her current dosage was by far NOT enough due to her thyroid being wacked out. I had my first visit today. I was very pleased with everything about this place. It is kept Very clean, staff is nice., I saw kindal Andrews. I just felt so comfortable with her . She is informative and she doesn't make you feel rushed in anyway. I highly recommend this place. I visited the one on South Padre Island drive. Im so thankful I found this place. I'm one happy patient. Thanks for being so helpful and extremely nice kindal Andrews and staff. You'll are awesome!

worst place I ever went to. they don't even deserve 1 star. The staff are liars and offer no help. very bad with referrals and paperwork. if you go there, don't expect too much. I tried calling the 800# to leave a complaint, was routed back to the Middleburg location and was told no other supervisors would take my complaint. I RECOMMEND YOU LOOK ELSEWHERE.

My  Husband knee has been hurting  . He called his primary Doctor - Care at Britton Plaza, Dr Hinds at conviva. The office schelded an appointment for him and then called back  to tell him to go the emergency room. There was no emergency. I have wanted to talk to Dr.s office and unable to talk to office manger (kohl) or the Dr. #1. these people are pathetic. always slow, no communication, no IT techs to help with tech questions. they keep changing the website and never inform patients. As a few weeks ago I am unable to comm with doctor or even request new meds online. I called the office and they are useless

Convivia Homestead I am a (newly) 65 year young woman. Change my doctor to Conviva in Homestead. My Dr Elizabeth Vazquez is absolutely amazing! I love her. She explains my test results, she listens to me and genuinely cares about my well being! And her staff (my favorite) Claudia couldn’t be any more nicer! Very good and knowledgeable at her job. I am so glad I made the decision to switch to Conviva!

i have went to fort pierce conviva the faculties were generous with my mother. The Doctor spoke well with me  and they also have translated personal in staff which both ladies were very professional. I really enjoyed there company.
