It's a shame conviva in orange city is going down the tube. My grandfather gave permission for me to be included in his care over the phone and the provider refused to let me be a part of the conversation. There have been huge gaps in his care recently and I needed to know if it was due to his lack of communication or the providers lack of communication. I work at another doctors office and I’m sick and tired of asking for referrals from the referral department because every time I call there I’m always on hold for more than an hour and am like the 20th person in line. So please fix this issue.
This office used to run like a top. Authorizations and Referrals were processed quickly and error free. But for the last few months, authorizations and referrals have to be followed up because this office loses stuff, sends stuff to the wrong doctors, gets referrals mixed up with other family members, other doctors have difficulties contacting the office, and a host of other issues. It has gone down hill quickly.
Im not very happy with conviva I went there and saw an assistant she was going to send a referral to a specialist, I never heard anything so I called, they say they didn't find any referral going to thus specialist, they were going to look into it,I called two more times,some one called and ask if it was a referral to a heart Doctor,I said no,then I get a call back saying they sent the referral to the specialist, I still haven't heard anything now I have to call again and get a number to call the specialist myself,you could ... read more
