Honestly, if I could give no stars I would. At my age, I've been to see several different doctors at multiple offices and I've never been treated like I'm stupid or that I'm just a number at anyplace but here. The only thing Conviva truly cares about is the almighty dollar. My issues started before I was even actually seen. I went the extra mile to make sure they had all my prior records before I came. The pharmacy is horrible! 2 individuals in particular that work there, (Mimi Rodriguez & Lizz Tony) these 2 women should be ashamed of themselves for how they treat the public and senior citizens. Rude, laughing in people's face, and uncaring. Lizz spends her time eating rather then filling prescriptions. Mimi is snotty and rude. They should be fired. I waited 1hr and 45mins for my order to be processed, and when 12:30pm hit they were ready to close and not even finish my order. Unbelievable. I watched 4 other people come in... read more
