The staff excellent the new aprn a French fry short of a happy meal they put me on meds made me sick I went off now after 66 of no meds ever my kidneys are hurting when I ask to speak to a doctor she refused to speak with me I would not recommend that place to any one stay far away from conviva centers
Since I got Medicare, I never had have an awful experience like I’d today. I was getting my blood extracting and an employee abruptly came into the room saying the phlebotomist she should stop because my insurance wasn’t OK, I felt aggravated, this person was so rude, the approach wasn’t for a human being. I called the insurance and they told me that they were my PCP and no reason for that behavior for a member of CONVIVA, story short, this was my last day with them. Very helpful and friendly , kept me distracted when doing blood work.
I was given a tour before starting to go here. Everything was promised, then it all didn't happen . Looking for a new primary care now. They want you in often as possible. I had a physical, then less than5 months, they held my meds and referrals hostage when I wouldn't come in for a yearly exam. I HAVEN'T BEEN THERE A YEAR,
