Emily M. At the front desk of Conviva Plantation Square goes above & beyond to help us with whatever we may need. She always treats us with respect & She always has a smile on her face. She is one of the most competent and pleasant people we have ever had to deal with. If I had a company, I would hire her. We have had the most experience with her, but, everyone has been helpful.

First time here and it was great. Alon Torres, PA-C took his time with my mother, listen carefully and did further research to ensure the best care. My mother and I are well please with the attention and service we received. Thank you Alon and Ortho Pass for going above and beyond. 5 stars all the way.
Excellent with Dr. Lopez and staff. Dr. Lopez discussed All the info on the lab and tried to connect the dots to have a better understand of why I wasn’t feeling myself. She made recommendation and ordered more test.
If I could give ZERO stars I would, see how I have been holding for 1 hour and called on 3 different lines. Good luck getting answers from Conviva plantation square
