Absolutely horrible office staff. Not listening is the better part of their training. No matter how good the Dr. or PA may be the office staff drops the ball and looses it. Extremely rude and condescending. Senior citizens are treated as if we know nothing about our own health coverage. Office staff needs to be trained in public relations, and how to treat people properly. Showing up does not justify a paycheck. This company does not listen well and even after I requested on three separate occasions that I be removed from marketing brochures they persist in sending me their junk mail. Conviva is a horrible primary care outfit. I had some dealings with them about two years back and all I can say is that they misrepresent their services. You're not going to see PCP many times; they lure you in with the PCP the first time, then, if you go back the only people you'll interact with are nurse practitioners. Great place to go and really enjoy going there, but I hate your patient portal because I could never login without changing the password, which is getting old
