I really love my doctor. Dr. Najarian. Shes just so fantastic with me. She spends time with me. Asks me questions. Always going over previous labs or tests. Really easy to communicate all my medical needs. I just wish the rest of the staff was more friendly and more courteous. Respectful. I had 1 front desk lady get my phone request wrong. Made appointment a month in advance. Told them my insurance and also filled out paperwork on line early. Showed up early for greeting appointment. Wanted me to fill out paperwork said they didn't receive on line then informed me that my insurance wasn't in network. Im elderly which they say they steer there business toward. Maybe if I spoke Spanish instead of English I would have been better received. The office didn't look very clean but maybe that's how they do things in Mexico. One star is far to much. I felt disgusted by the show they had on TV promoting bars with atrio girls, showing nude girls. The only make in the room sat with his back to the TV. I didn’t ask the girls at the front desk to change the channel….but I just thought they should know better being women. The attention and service was very good, but I was happy to leave the place.
Update: The new doctor here is wonderful. He's Nigerian or something like that. He takes his time to get to know you and does comprehensive hour long first visits. I'm on an advantage plan and I like to do the activities associated with earning cash and rewards but they have no clue how to report the activity to the insurance company to get your reward points or cash. I lost $50 for doing a mammogram in December which they never submitted. I am going to find another PCP because of this error. It's important to keep up with t... read more
