They get access to information from somewhere and send correspondence to addresses that never requested correspondence, addresses to people who never lived at your address. If I ever needed senior care I would not be going here
Dr. Lopez is amazing and takes great care of my Father!
We like our primary care doctor, but the Conviva system is seriously flawed. Their system of requesting referrals functions extremely poorly. I requested a referral on May 9, and it was submitted to my insurer on May 16. And they tell me that approval ( or denial) can take 7 to 14 days. Odd thing is that Conviva is a wholly owned subsidiary of my insurer. My insurer is Humana. I likely will be changing both soon, which should never have been necessary.
