My mom was very happy with them until the day she was really sick. She called them and they told her they would have to make an appointment after 1, so they told her 1:40. I took her. They told her to stay in the parking lot where they took her vitals and then a covid test. The girl told her that she could go in if the test was negative. The test was negative and they told her, well, she couldn't go in because they were having clinic and she can go home. Great place for geriatric care. The office staff is patient and caring. They have weekly technicians that come to the facility to do tests which is really helpful as they are almost a one stop service!
I’m in a lot of doctors offices about 10 per day. These are lovely people who have a real caring heart and will do everything they can for you.
It is difficult to get an appointment, I hate not being able to call the clinic directly.
