A great facility for people on Social security insurance Pat B. Pretty clean and not that long of a wait. Front desk staff very friendly and speak Spanish.
Everyone is friendly and greets you with a smile. They do not over book. You get in to your appointment within 15 or 20 minutes.
Dr Rosales is a very good and caring Doctor as a matter of fact the minute you walk through the Door. they treat you very well from a nice greeting to seeing that they get you checked in right away and the nurses are very good to you also to making sure that if you need something they take care of it for you .
Their referral department is the worst. I've had to reschedule my appointments 7 times due to their lack of sense of urgency for patients. Will not recommend and have placed a complaint thru my insurance
Dr Pavel Valdez is a most excellent doctor who treats me with respect and listens to me. I may be older, but I know better than most my illness and symptoms as well as how to read lab and imaging results and the medications by name along with their side effects on me and my symptoms. He explains clearly and doesn't speak down to me. I am very grateful to him for care and concern.
