Yulidaisy "Maggie" Rodriquez, who is the Access Community Health Case representative at this location, is highly unprofessional & disrespectful. I am the Caregiver for an elderly patient with dementia. And just because a person is older with a mental disability, doesn`t mean they shouldn`t be treated with the same respect & courtesy as all other patients. Maggie should be ashamed of herself but doesn`t care!
Very horrible referral department. Everything else is great
best of the best from the desk to the doctors and nurses makes going to the doctor great
Staff are very rude including the referral department. All three girls at the front desk were chewing gum like cow! Instead of paying attention to patients they talk and laugh between each other.All very ignorant and shameless. I waited two hours for one referral. Dr Perez is a very special good Dr. My thanks to him very much.
