The only reason that I have stayed with them is that it's close to me. But you really have to dedicate many hours of your life to call this place and visit them in person in order to finally get from them the referrals that you have already requested repeatedly. They don't change. It's part of life. The staff can be polite. But sooner or later, you'll need to invest a lot of your time to get the help that you need from them so that you can see the specialists that you need. Really the worst... I have been with the same GP Dr, Manuel Irabar for many years here in Hollywood Florida and he just changed and went into this group CONVIVA and right from the begging i started to have issues with them , they have a call center so you can not even call your doctors office direct they put you on hold I mean the very worst , they could not even find the appointment that was set up for me for the following day I just changed doctors, were again I can call my doctors office and some one answers the phone in ... read more
