I gave one star because that’s the lowest I could go. I had to find a new primary doctor because the one I had were not approved my second Second eye surgery unless I changed eye doctors. I was recommended to Dr. Rene Reyes changed him to my primary in April. I had to wait till May 1. It took until today June 8 for them to finally tell me that they were not accepting new patients. Conviva @Dania point is wonderful. They have the best staff Drs and care facilities. Maria and Dinora at the front desk are so wonderful. They are so pleasant and caring . I give this facility 5 stars across the board. Thank you for loyalty to all patients. Lisa Thompson, James Nardone, Carol and Mark Radonski.

I can’t say enough about the kindness and professionalism of the staff at Conviva Dania Pointe. From the call center who books transportation, to Maria and Melanie on the front desk, to Ellie in the referral office, to Carolina and Michael the medical assistants, to the wonderful lab technician (sorry but her name escapes me), and of course Dr. Patricia Henriquez are all wonderful. They have made transitioning from an equally awesome Conviva in Cutler Bay, FL very easy.
