The main lady in the referral office is vindictive and petty and will screw up every single one of your referrals (5 and counting!) if you do something she doesn’t like, such as requesting a different specialist. Were you polite & respectful every time you called? Doesn’t matter. She will refuse to do her job and turn on you, while you'll wonder how on earth such a routine request could make someone so bitter and vindictive. Up date 9/13/25 Typical rubber stamp responce! Of course they could of called, but chose not to becouse they DO NOT CARE. I had a very bad experience with Sharon a nurse who said I was subject to drop dead from an aneurysm! I had never seen this nurse in the 3 years being a patient. I was very scared and couldn't think straight.. She said I needed certain test to be sure.
