They keep missing taking her to her appointment. They put time the wrong time in the system and my family missed her appointment because transportation didn’t show up.
My complaint is not about Dr. Cabrera, I like him a lot. My complaint is why I have a hard time getting referrals for speech therapy and physical therapy. Since January, I have been trying to get authorization to do speech therapy and neurological rehabilitation with the recommendation of my neurologist, but I have not been getting to.
