Skilled doctors and nurse practitioner
I started going to Conviva about 5 months ago. The medical staff at Conviva has been the best I've ever experienced. However, those who are in charge of setting appointments, phone calls, and most especially those who take care of sending prescriptions to farmacies have continually dropped the ball. For my wife and I, this has been a constant struggle. I don't understand why almost every time that we have to deal with prescriptions and pharmacies that they get it wrong.
