The front desk people are employed only because they are bi - lingual and think of nothing but having food delivered. I have been a patient there for only 6 weeks and they had me come there TWICE for appointments they made for me that turned out to not exist. No apologies. No concern. Only explanation - excuses. I'll be done with them next year. Support staff at healthcare offices in South Florida health are consistently awful. Will the next option be better or worse?
