My husband and I have been patient of Darien Garcia for the last several years she is top notch, always polite, always professional and always returns a call if it needs to be returned. She is definitely an asset to Conviva West.
I just had my first appointment at Conviva Lake Worth Beach. From the very beginning where I called to find a location closest to me to getting an appointment somewhat last minute, the person I spoke to on the phone was great. Paid attention to what I said and what my needs were and did his best to help me. Good start! Now the visit. First off, the waiting area, hallways and treatment room I was in was very clean. I am not a patient at your facility. My previous Dr. left the clinic I was associated with as a patient. I am seeking a new facility that deal with geriatric care. I send a message to your facility for a walk through and received a reply that you would contact me. It has been appropriately 2 weeks and I have not received a call back from you.
Since I have been attending this place I never have a chance to see the doctor. When you scheduled an appointment they make you wait so long before you can see the NP. I don't like this location.
Total uninformed medical professionals. Don’t take the time to listen to the patient because the next patient is more important than you. They cannot help you resolve any medical questions because it is not their responsibility to help you. A basic in and out medical service. Not a good medical service.
