I am beyond frustrated with the way Abigail has been handling my mother’s care. Every time we try to get a referral, she immediately blames the insurance company and insists that Aetna “won’t allow” them to write referrals to in‑network providers. We finally spoke directly with Aetna, and they made it absolutely clear that they do NOT deny referrals to in‑network providers — meaning the problem is coming from the provider’s office, not the insurance company. Dr. Harland & Vanessa the visit was OK. I'm gonna miss Dr Harland on his retirement he was a good doctor, enjoyed every moment with him he was very caring and understanding thank you for working with me.

Went to Conviva Care today (Abbas) to make an appointment for my mom. The office manager walks in and ask "is that your vehicle parked out there" I said yes, she states "you need to move your vehicle"I said okay. She goes into the office stands at the copier and tell the lady to call the tow company because I wouldn't move my car. Yet waiting to make the appointment she walks up to the lady and ask "whats her name" I gave her my name myself. She made a big deal about the delivery drivers park there.
