Went to Conviva Care today (Abbas) to make an appointment for my mom. The office manager walks in and ask "is that your vehicle parked out there" I said yes, she states "you need to move your vehicle"I said okay. She goes into the office stands at the copier and tell the lady to call the tow company because I wouldn't move my car. Yet waiting to make the appointment she walks up to the lady and ask "whats her name" I gave her my name myself. She made a big deal about the delivery drivers park there. Impressed with the condition of the place, clean, bright, orderly, exactly what a medical facility should look like. The staff is very professional, every one from the doctor to the receptionist, the techs, nurses, to the last employee the lady who contacted transportation for my ride home. Everyone at this place is not only proffesional but friendly as well.
