My husband and I love Conviva! Their facility is clean and the doctors and staff really care and exhibits excellent customer service especially Fay and Michelle. Faye and Michelle has always treated us like we're family. They take time out of their busy schedules to see how we are doing and always provide us with the best of care. Como añoro la Clinica CAC. ahora que paso a ser la clica Conviva deja mucho que desear.sobre todo la clinica de Cutler bay, donde el personal de atencion al paciente atiende hasta que dejan de platicar asuntos personales. El centro parece que carece de Supervision. Los referidos y la atencion telefonica tardan un mundo para obtener. A.Muniz
This office you can't get a hold of anyone . Calling from a Medical office to another is still the same line. If you are the "next call" you still have to wait 20-30 minutes for someone to answer. If you press the option for a call back and "not loose your place" it is still a 20-30 minute call back. Don't even get me started on how Rude the medical assistant was the phone. Hopefully their medical practice is better than how they treat other Medical offices.
