Keep receiving mail for a deceased person who died over a year ago. Requested that the mailings to be discontinued. Yet, this disrespectful practice..didn’t honor that request. Goes to show that you all are truly motivated by money.
Very bad service, you asked to get glasses etc and they send you to places with horrible customer service and they charge you and they dont even help you,just a waist of gas
I had no idea who or what Conviva was when I signed. My first visit resulted in a two month hospitalization. I have to credit my survival 2+ years to the medical care I have had----whether it is Dr Clyburn who needed less than 10 minutes to realize I needed to be admitted, NP Carbajal who has compassionately lead me through the maze of several terminal illnesses, ensuring I always knew how my body was mutinying, appropriate adaptations I could make to ensure I was getting to enjoy life, again, or educate me. Conviva on Cliff is a great place to get full care. Dr. Clybourne is amazing and Jennifer is professional and compassionate. Within the last six months, their communication system has improved significantly. I feel well taken care of there.
