I had no idea who or what Conviva was when I signed. My first visit resulted in a two month hospitalization. Conviva on Cliff is a great place to get full care. Dr. Clybourne is amazing and Jennifer is professional and compassionate. Within the last six months, their communication system has improved significantly. I feel well taken care of there.
