I thought Dr Abigail Kaczmarzewski was very thorough and all the staff were pleasant. Great experience for sure.
Intake of a new patient was great by reception and the medical assistant and Fr Pascal was fantastic
I been with this doctors office for over 25 years back when it was Dr. Jean office and I really loved it and the team of Dr.Jean , Fay , Michelle and Philana was phenomenal. Dr.Jean is no longer with us but I 'm sure he looking down happy that Conviva brought his practice and are doing right by his team and his patients. Conviva has hired a great team also the workers at the front desk greets you with a smile ready to help in anyway they can and Dr. Duvalsaint remind me of Dr. Jean always going the extra mile.
It’s been amazing, I have no complaints. Especially Guerline Coissy, she’s extremely friendly. Welcome my mom with warmth, always make Sure that my mom appointment accommodates my work schedule.
This office has surpassed all of my expectations. My father (70 year-old) has been an established patient at this office and he is always treated with respect and dignity. His medication is reviewed on a regular basis, the authorizations and referral are readily available and GG (Mrs.Guerline) at the front desk has always made every visit memorable. She’s very knowledgeable when it comes to the different insurances and benefits. I highly recommend this office to anyone that truly cares about their wellbeing. 10/10.
