Buyer beware. The solution they offered me didn't work. First, they said it was a known software bug that would be resolved in 2 days; then they said they had given me the wrong tracking code. Sales and support both agreed to cancel my account, and assured me I would not incur any charges. As soon as I hung up the phone, I was immediately charged for the failed service.
