Dropped in for a week during our beach trip— great facility, great coaches, great programming. Both coaches and regulars were super welcoming (and I liked the T-shirt I bought!!)
We’ve hit Conviction the last 2 years on vacay and it’s a great box with a good vibe as well as good coaching & programming. Stoked to go back this year.

CTF is an awesome CrossFit Gym. Best on the island. Ed runs his gym with passion and is a caring and thoughtful coach. I dropped in for an 8 AM class and everyone worked super hard, nothing left on the floor. If you’re in HHI for a vacation and need a hard workout to get your day started this is the place to do it. I’m not a CrossFitter per se, but felt very included and Ed did a great job teaching me along the way. Can’t say enough great things about CTF!
