During Spring Break we wanted to visit a local box and decided to try CTF. It was absolutely fantastic! Coach Ed is a great guy and a fantastic coach who sees EVERYTHING, in a good way, and offers constructive advice. We went early mornings and the crowd there was so nice and welcoming. We had some nice and fun chats with the people there. All in all, a great place to visit and I recommend it!
Dropped in for three morning classes during a week in Hilton Head for spring break. Amazing place - very welcoming vibe, great workouts and great people- and the owner Ed is a fantastic coach who really knows what he’s doing.
Dropped in for a week during our beach trip— great facility, great coaches, great programming. Both coaches and regulars were super welcoming (and I liked the T-shirt I bought!!)
We’ve hit Conviction the last 2 years on vacay and it’s a great box with a good vibe as well as good coaching & programming. Stoked to go back this year.
