made an appointment for 1500 at 0926 in the morning, messaged him twice about payment no reply, showed up 10 mins prior to the address noone answers waited til 1501 no reply. I left and at 1510 he replied with his payment options and asks if I'm still coming. Time is not a thing to waste let alone others. Real disappointed.
