We use these guys both for routine maintenance and for occasional repair. Very knowledgeable and helpful technicians, I highly recommend them!
Placed an order on 01/14/2023. Item was supposedly in-stock, and continues to be in stock at the time of writing this review. Don't know if this is a one-man operation, or a mom-pop shop, but doesn't seem to have much structure. We reached out to them on 01/18/2023 and they confirmed it would ship out the same day. When confronted about the gross delay, they said they knew about the delay "a day after the delayed shipment".
