Ordered a 180-200# conveyor to move sandblast sand out of 1-2 million gallon tanks, drove 6 1/2 hours to pick up the completed product and found a very well built conveyor that weighed closer to 700#. They, at first, offered to refund our $1900, but then called later to say they would redo it.
