Ordered a 180-200# conveyor to move sandblast sand out of 1-2 million gallon tanks, drove 6 1/2 hours to pick up the completed product and found a very well built conveyor that weighed closer to 700#. They, at first, offered to refund our $1900, but then called later to say they would redo it. We called around and found out from other companies that it would be impossible to build one that would be anywhere near that weight, closer to 1000#.
