Less than one star. This a company just adding price and reselling other companies products.. Moreover they provide false advertisment of the products they sell. Ordered a top from them for Jaguar Hess Eisenhardt, they clearly mentioned in the invoice I can reuse the original window but when I received the top manufactured by EZ ON the cloth part below the window is not included. My top came early, the color is exquisite, installers put the top on called me to say there's quite a few pockets on this top, it sags in a few places, it's to big, and they are bouncing me back and forth about I assume who's responsible or about a refund or replacement top
I bought a tan Haartz Stayfast canvas top with optional rear glass for my 1991 Honda Beat. It arrived on the early side of their delivery estimate, and the top is of good quality. It has been installed for a few months now, and I am very pleased. Be aware that my unit did not come with installation instructions, but I did figure it out. No pre-drilled or punched holes for mounting, but during installation it became clear that was intentional and necessary to get a custom fit. I will use them again.
My first review was a knee jerk reaction.. after rethinking the whole thing and having a civil conversation with the owner I an satisfied with the customer service. I do recommend CTG's for parts and advice.
Not recommended! Their as advertised tack strips do not fit. There is a 20 percent restock fee for a product that is incorrect and the customer pays return shipping. So i am out $17 for their f_up. Their answer was to "double up" the tack strips. So their exact fit product does not fit then they expect the customer to purchase 2 of the same thing and pay twice, then modify the installation to fit their ill fitting product.
