I ordered a roof rack for my 69 VW Bus from M&T Manufacturing (same address) and when it arrived from UPS it looked like the package had gone through a wood chipper. I was put into contact with Kevin. By my second call he apologized and told me another one was one the way. No fuss. The second package came in looking great. Everything was there and no damage. He made it right and right away.
If you plan on buying any kit, be prepared to buy all new tack strip, because they'll short you products needed to complete your vehicle. And it won't be the right size to begin with. Their provided directions are absolutely horrendous, and provide nominal help at best.
