My 2006 Prado sunroof had 1 motor fail and wet carpets due to blocked drains. Michael is very friendly and advised estimate cost for options over phone. Ended up cleaning, drying, sealing the sunroof and disconnecting power switch so can be repaired later if desired. Overall, a pleasure dealing with Michael and team.
Was recommended to take my Clk320 to him to fix a faulty roof. Was quoted almost $2000 more by Mercedes to fix the same fault. Very happy with the price and workmanship. Would highly recommend for anyone needing convertible repairs to see them!
Michael is just fabulous he made my jammed sunroof a priority and completed the repairs magnificently at an extremely reasonable cost I travelled from Newcastle with the sunroof packed n tapped in the rain to Sydney as Michael was so prompt to reply to my enquiry and went out of his way to help me I thoroughly recommend Michael n his service on my Mercedes very thankful
Cost me $5k on a part I knew I didn't need and I said to him several times, are you sure it will be 100% fixed( i knew it wouldnt) he said yes. He kept the original part THAT WAS WORKING FINE and the car was not fixed. I bought the part that i knew it needed ($80 part) and he did manage to fix although its not a great movement on the roof, he loosened things and dried up the hinges so i would need to return for maintenance. You will not find a better qualified car roof repairs and can actually fix and follow through professionally with the repairs needed. Is was a Saturday afternoon and the price was very reasonable highly recommended
