Customer service is terrible has attitude and sarcastic doesn’t help when someone needs it

I, unfortunately, am located on the east coast in an area where there are no convertible shops I can inquire for advice - as far as I knew. However! Even though I possibly will never visit your establishment due to the 1600km distance between the east and west coast, your representative, Jan, was incredibly knowledgeable, very likeable, and extremely helpful in my search for getting my issue solved over here in this time zone.
