Panels were installed efficiently and look good. Installers were excellent and friendly. They did an excellent job cleaning up as well.

Convert Solar is amazing. All the staff are very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. From the first interview, in which Ashley answered our myriad of questions, to the installation during which we were educated about the whole system, I felt heard and respected. It was reassuring to see the 2 main installers with safety harnesses during the installation too. They took care of the permits as well as the inspections. Ryan is incredible. He is incredibly knowledgeable and I don’t feel so ignorant to the concept of solar power anymore. While we didn’t follow through with the solar panels due to family growth and future plans of moving. We will certainly be in touch when we find our forever home for our family.
My sale Rep was on point, until he couldn't be able to update me, I had to reach out more often even though my expectation that he will tell me step of the way what's coming up. He ask me to be patience and I did, but there wasn't any update, I had to reached out multiple time. To sum up, my install was great, I start to tell my sale rep my expectation and hope he change and do better for other future customer.
