From beginning to end, the process has been smooth so far! Our solar panels are sleek, beautiful, and blend right into the roof (in my opinion). They have answered all of our questions quickly and efficiently. We are so excited to begin our solar journey! I would recommend this company to everyone! The installers were prompt, communicated efficiently, and worked quickly and well together. There was no down time, and I was amazed at how quickly they were installed

Update: Once it seems management got involved it went so smoothly. The technician that came out was prompt & took care of the issue. Communication was great with the technician. It just seems that it’s difficult to get calls back initially. Thank you guys for working with us & getting our solar back up & running. I’m so frustrated with this company. I’m so frustrated with this company. Our solar stopped producing for some reason over the weekend. I called Monday to report what was going on & was told a technician would take a look and call us back. Received no call Monday. Tuesday rolled around still no call. Called again to check the status & was told it would take 24 hrs from the time I called to get a diagnosis & that I would receive a phone call later that day. That’s fine I understand. My sale Rep was on point, until he couldn't be able to update me, I had to reach out more often even though my expectation that he will tell me step of the way what's coming up. He ask me to be patience and I did, but there wasn't any update, I had to reached out multiple time.
