It was a pleasure to work with Rafi and his team at FTR. They converted our garage in the backyard to a 2 bed 1 bath ADU. He helped design it in a way so that it is completely privately fenced off from our side of the property. What they were able to do with the limited space was amazing and we love the open design. I hired these guys to convert our existign attached garage into an ADU. Rafi and his team were so lovely to work with. They handled the entire process from start to finish, including the plans and permit process. I was shocked by how reasonable and fair the price was, and he did not cheat us with any additional costs like my past contractor has.
