I went into this convert to cash establishment to get a item checked out and they act like I didn't know nothing about this item. All I wanted is to get it tested and they did not know how to check it out. Then turn around and said it's a user problem. I was humiliated and I walked out. Feeling kind of stupid

They don't take nothing I had some nice I phone cases and jewelry that they wouldn't take. My friends was right about this place. it is cheapskate they pay you bottom dollars. For real. I came here to see if I could sell my used tablets, but it turns out they only take "certain kinds." Alright. That's fair enough. But these people don't even have the decency to check if what they're selling is legitimate. I saw a physical copy of Dragon Quest IV for the Nintendo DS for sale and I bought it. It turns out it was a bootleg copy that can't even be read upon turning on my Nintendo 3DS. This is beyond unacceptable. my favorite store for anything video game related, constantly changing their selection with better and better deals, have also sold gold here before and had a good experience. the employees are very kind, always willing to help. also they have a good exchange policy!! theres a lot to look at here and i find something everytime. i love this place!!!
