My own experience is that this place often seems to resell used products at lower retail prices. Additionally, I bought a 12" Type R Alpine Sub in an enclosure, that played; but what was hidden from sight and undisclosed is that the round section that bolts to the enclosure was broken in two parts, as to only be held together by the surrounding rubber component that helps create some insulation. Very prompt (same day) reply to my email sent on a Sunday morning. The owner was polite and explained how the quote and selling process works. Definitely a honest and straightforward business.
They don't take nothing I had some nice I phone cases and jewelry that they wouldn't take. My friends was right about this place. it is cheapskate they pay you bottom dollars. For real.
