I bought the X5 pod back in October. It was shipped to me and it was defective upon arrival. They asked me to send the unit back to them which I did right away. And since October they claim they have not been able to get a replacement unit to give me. So I'm out about $90 since October and they seem to be doing nothing about it. I have talked to Wendy Cortez multiple times and she tells me that the units are in the shipping yard somewhere waiting to be delivered.Horrible customer service.
