Terrible company to do business with. They offer no refunds on any medication. I took one pill and it made me feel so awful, there was no way I would ever take another one. Not only did they refuse to refund my money, but multiple messages to my doctor went unanswered. After looking on Facebook, you can find numerous people who have had terrible experiences with this company. The process was fairly easy to follow. Medicine worked well. Unfortunately my dr call was VERY late at night which was not ideal. However - I would like to cancel my membership but am unable to because there is no option on the app and can’t get any response by calling the number. Because of this I would strongly encourage other programs that don’t get you started and trap you in the program so they can continue to take your money.
