So far, so good. Converse and Associates responded to a broadcast inquiry for a request for quote for insurance for auto, home, umbrella. They were responsive, thorough, and offered a better total price than my former provider. I made the switch! Its helpful to be able to talk to a local office/agent vs. talking with a different person every time I called for customer service from my former provider.
The best customer service I have ever experienced! I have dealt with many insurance companies and none compare to converse and associates! Quick to answer their phones, so helpful with any questions I have, always making sure my coverage is correct and explaining it so well. They truly treat my insurance needs and my family like their own! I would recommend converse and associates over and over again!
My wife and I were extremely pleased with the service we received from Casey from the time we received our auto, home and umbrella quotes until they became policies. Casey was thorough with going over the coverages for us, as well as asking questions about additional schedules or limits we may need. We are very happy to be a part of American Family Insurance!
