Even a simple battery replacement was treated with great care, down to ensuring the back was oriented appropriately, and watch handled gently (such as properly closing a hunter case). I was able to go in to get my fossil watch battery replaced for about $15 I believe and they set the time and it was done in five minutes and they have a cool dog named Etta James that sometimes helps with customer service
I should have done this months ago. Mike helped me with a watch that had sentimental value for me. He took care of it promptly, fairly, and reasonably. I will use this store again. It is a joy to find an honest and interesting local merchant.
