Beware!!!. If you miss work, commission is taken away. If a customer calls in, takes a survey and rates ATT low? - 25%. Your call is scored low by someone, who barely speaks English, that works for an outsourced company? -25% more. Do not get into an accident or have a loved one get ill, on a weekend, that s -25-50%. If customers cancel within 6 months you have to pay money BACK! I worked there for over 3 years and was #1 for 2+ years. This is a "micky mouse" operation. It is impossible to get someone to answer the phone at the Arnold location. I went in to meet with them and the place was unprofessional and cold. I found someone in HR to help me who was like a deer in the headlights. She was running around like a chicken with her head cutoff. She told me someone would call me, but I never heard back.
I went there in August to get a job because Accent in Farmington fired me while on leave of absence and they hired me right on. I dont plan on staying there forever due to living 55 miles away but they gave me a job and have been really great while I have had to be out for knee surgery. I would recommend this place to anyone for a job.
