My mom has worked for them for 8 years. She likes working there. I worked there and found out I'm not good at working at a call center.

Terrible place to work
All the programs & computers they use are very old school & difficult to use. Don't bother applying there for a job its a waste of time. You can clearly tell that the supervisors favor ppl but they'll never actually come out and say that.
