Don't waste your time. I'd give no stars if I could. Once they get your money for the contract, they, especially, Rich Wagner, stop responding to phone calls and emails regarding repairs. I've also had their technicians diagnose a problem incorrectly with a "solution" that of course, makes Convergint money, but doesn't fix the problem. If you want to be ignored and left without functioning equipment for months, this is the company for you!
